Registrationand fees

Registration fees to ERAD 2024 offer multiple options and are incremental with respect to two periods: before /after 14 June 2024 with closing of registrations on 20 July 2024. After that date, the online registration will be only possible.

Registration on site at the ERAD desk is possible too.

The fee structure offer multiple choices (in-presence full board, in-presence one day only or online).
As a tradition for ERAD, full board fee includes the 5-days conference entrance, ice-breaker, coffe breaks for each conference day, lunches, and the social dinner plus the participation to the social event (a guided walking tour in some of the Rome art attractions). Some walking tour options will be proposed to the participants in the first days of the conference.
In the registration form a bike tour can be also selected but it has an extra fee. The full board registration will not allow to have also on-line access.
The one-day fee includes the conference entrance for a specified day selected by the attendee during the registration process, a lunch, and coffee breaks but attendance to social events (ice breakers and/or dinner and /or walking tours) requires paying additional fees. The same fee applies to companions who want to take part in social events.
We have maintained the ERAD tradition giving the opportunity to the U35 students to participate to the ERAD 2024 best presentation awards (oral and poster). If you are entitled to participate for such ERAD awards do not forget to select “Student status” in the “Registration options” and answer “yes” when you are asked about the ERAD 2024 award participation.
During registration, attendees can also sign up for training courses scheduled for Sunday 8 September 2024 (more info here).
