Opportunity for Exhibitors
The organizing committee invites interested Exhibitors to contact info@erad2024.it to arrange the best options available for booths.
The booths of the Exhibitors will be located just behind the main auditorium in the hallway that gives access to the balcony “CIAO” where we will have coffee breaks and lunch buffets. Please note that 10 exibitions booths are available during ERAD2 2024.
THE EXHIBITION BOOTH FEE INCLUDES:
– 2 m x 2 m area (with 220 V electricity, 1 table and chairs) during the conference week (assembly on Monday from 8am, disassembly on Friday before 5pm).
– Conference registration for two persons
– A virtual booth on the auditorium and secondary room screens during the conference breaks.
– Linked company logo on the ERAD2024 website (as long as the website is available).
THE EXHIBITION BOOTH BOOKING CONDITIONS ARE:
-The exhibited products need to have a connection to the topics of the conference.
-Pre-reservation is given on a first come, first served basis
-Final reservation is valid when booth payment arrived to the organization.
– The booth selection is made by ERAD 2024 organization committee; the decision is not appealable.
-No refunds
– Last possible booth booking: 15th July 2024.

Opportunity for Sponsorships
The opportunity to sponsor coffe breaks, lunches, and icebreaker during the conference is encouraged by the organizing committee. Sponsored coffee breaks/lauches/icebreaker will be opportunely recognized with oral advertisement before the sponsored event and sponsor logo during the sponsoder event.
